Assessment Round Table I

As a follow-up to the peer-learning activity, we held a meeting with students and teachers of KEMCh in June. Approaches to the circular economy, the interest of local communities, and the phenomenon of Social License to Operate were presented, the Norwegian partner's regenerative approach teaching concept at HGUt was presented, and then the possibilities and intentions of innovation of individual subjects were discussed. The target groups provided valuable feedback for changes and adjustments in further work on innovation subjects.

Course innovation

After the implementation of the peer-learning activity, work was started on the innovations of individual subjects in all three SPs implemented at KEMCh. The first changes will be reflected in the teaching already during the winter semester 2023/2024. We can look forward to new case studies, a managerial game, and other changes reflecting the current transformation of the industry

Peer-learning I

In the month of May, it was finally possible to realize the first peer-learning at the University College for Green Development (HGUt). For four days, the trio of our lecturers got to know our Norwegian partners' approach and teaching process. The discussions focused on a wide range of contemporary world problems, from the energy crisis, climate change, and automation to sustainability and circular solutions.

Bachelor's and master's theses

In March, the topics of bachelor's and master's theses for the academic year 2023/2024 were announced, which, among other things, are in line with innovations in the circular economy, CSR, sustainability, and innovation courses.

First meeting

In the month of November, the partners managed to visit Pardubice during the implementation of the project Bilateral cooperation - Towards regenerative and sustainable development and society, in addition to the project activities, there was also time for a joint discussion about the upcoming peer-learning activity in Bryn. The Norwegian lecturers have become familiar with the basic materials of the innovative courses and can thus begin preparatory work in the preparation of teaching materials "tailored" to our courses.

The INEMSUP project begins

The NEWTEC project passed the hurdles of evaluation and was selected for support. Back in September, we held the first online meeting with partners, whom we will meet during the duration of the project and in person when completing the Circular Economy and CSR, Triple Helix, and Quadruple Helix courses. The first will be a peer-learning activity at the partner College in Bryne.
