Project description
The goal of the research project is to identify the needs of the labor market in the context of new requirements resulting from changes associated with the implementation of Industry 4.0 principles. To propose innovative methods of education (expanding, enriching) respecting the needs of the labor market and the involvement of students. The project examines the needs of the labor market and the possibilities of applying the requirements of the labor market to the educational process and proposes to implement potential changes in study programs in the sector of the V4 countries.

Popis projektu
Cílem výzkumného projektu je identifikovat potřeby trhu práce v kontextu nových požadavků vyplývajících ze změn spojených s implementací principů Průmyslu 4.0 v průmyslových podnicích. Navrhnout inovativní metody vzdělávaní (rozšiřující, obohacující) respektující potřeby trhu práce a zapojit mimo praxe také studenty. Projekt zkoumá potřeby trhu práce a možnosti aplikace požadavků trhu práce do vzdělávacího procesu a navrhuje realizovat potenciální změny ve studijních programech v sektoru zemí V4.
