Projekt je výzkumný. Zaměřením primárního výzkumu bude zkoumat potřeby trhu práce, možnosti VŠ a potřeby studentů. Následně po vytvoření návrhů proběhne výzkum ve spojení se zaměstnavateli a trhem práce. Na základě informací z primárního výzkumu a jejich statistického vyhodnocení je následným cílem projektu navrhnout v oblasti vzdělávání neekonomických studijních programů takové inovace, které by byly schopny připravit absolventy pro potřeby trhu práce respektujíce potřeby Industry4.0 a navrhnout inovace obsahů studijních programů tak, aby měly charakter interdsciplinarity a připravily. Hlavním problémem, který chce projekt změnit je inovace ve vzdělávání (v ve vzdělávacích oblastech) na vysokých školách. Zapojením jednotlivých partnerů ze zemí, kteří mají rozličné zkušenosti se změnami v oblasti vzdělávání a jednotlivé země jsou v rozličných stádiích implementace změn na trhu vzdělávání, můžeme výměnou dobré praxe koordinovaně identifikovat potenciální místě pro změnu, navrhnout společné obsahy předmětů studijních programů tak aby respektovaly potřeby praxe a adekvátně reagovaly na změny 4. Výstupy projektu jsou: výsledky primárního výzkumu, návrh obsahů předmětů pro studijní programy, E- learningová platforma, inovovaný obsah programu Erasmus+ BIP, webová stránka projektu a publikace v časopisech o výstupech projektu.

Project description
The goal of the research project is to identify the needs of the labor market in the context of new requirements resulting from changes associated with the implementation of Industry 4.0 principles. To propose innovative methods of education (expanding, enriching) respecting the needs of the labor market and the involvement of students. The project examines the needs of the labor market and the possibilities of applying the requirements of the labor market to the educational process and proposes to implement potential changes in study programs in the sector of the V4 countries.

The International Visegrad Fund (IVF) values
