The main objective of the project is the introduction of a new laboratory exercise called "Detection of Cronobacter sakazakii (Enterobacter sakazakii) in milk and milk products" in the subject - Laboratory of Food Microbiology II for first year master's degree (study program: Evaluation and analysis of foodstuffs; Department of Analytical Chemistry). Powerpoint presentation and laboratory instruction will be prepared.
