Institute of Environmental and Chemical Engineering and Faculty of Chemical Technology supported by financial aid of this project will be equipped with a device determining biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) in water samples according to valid standards (CSN EN 1899-1,2/A). This device contains benchtop multimeter equipped by probe measuring dissolved oxygen content, BOD set and agents (BOD nutrients, inhibitor of nitrification, BOD inoculum). There will be prepared two new laboratory exercises for master degree students.
