Description:
Research will be devoted to new crystalline and amorphous materials for optics and optoelectronics (semiconductors, thermoelectrics, amorphous materials and glasses namely chalkogenides, phosphates and oxides, memory materials), catalytic materials and cytostatics on the basis of organometallic compounds. Organometallic compounds of metals 3., 4., 5., 13., 14. a 15th group of periodic system containing chelate and spectator ligands will be studied as well as tinboroxine and tinstannoxanes.
