The aim of the project is to research and develop unique supplements in the form of capsules or granulates, containing monoglycerides for positive influence of human microbiom. Such a products are not on the market yet. In the frame of the project will be antimicrobial effect of active ingredients evaluated on typical patogens as well as physical behaviour of the developed products from dissolution point of view.
