Description:
The project goal is to upgrade equipment of CEMNAT which focuse on nano- and microstructure chalcogenide and oxide materials both instrumental-wise as well as technological-wise. Already installed instruments (e.g. ALD) need complementary material-analytical techniques (XPS, XRD, SEM). In accordance to CEMNAT development instruments for material synthesis is needed. The project will endorse effective utilization of CEMNAT research infrastructure which is a one of the institutions on the Roadmap of large research infrastructures if CZE at least till 2020.
