Innovation of the Quality, Environment and Safety Management Course Taught in Master's Degree Programmes at FCHT

The course, whose innovation is proposed, has been taught at the FChT, UPA, for more than 10 years. It is gradually improved, depending on the shift of the branch of science and experience from ongoing lessons. More radical changes in this course were made in the years 2010 -2013 in the framework of an EU-funded project - the course underwent a total revision, seminars were significantly modified with the help of statistical software IBM SPSS and modern teaching materials were subsequently developed. In 2016, however, new versions of methodological guidelines for management systems were published (ISO Standard 9001:2016 and standard CSN EN ISO 14001:2016) and next year an updated OHSAS 18001 is likely to be published. This requires fundamental changes in the course. The objective of the proposed grant project is innovation of the course in connection with the publication of all fundamental norms that determine the shape of management systems in the Czech industrial companies.
