Provider: Ministerstvo školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy
Programme: Operační program Výzkum, vývoj a vzdělávání (OP VVV) - výzkum
Implementation period: 01.04.18 - 30.09.22
Workplace: Fakulta chemicko-technologická - Oddělení organických materiálů
Investigator: Bureš Filip
Team member: Klikar Milan | Burešová Zuzana | Tydlitát Jiří | Syrový Tomáš | Syrová Lucie | Odvárková Jitka | Majová Hana | Sebránková Martina | Vlčková Jarmila
Description:
The project is focused on the development of energy storage technologies for both conventional and renewable energy sources. Organic redox substances with suitable properties for flow and quasi / solid secondary batteries will be sought. The preparation of these substances will be optimized with respect to production costs and absence of impurities. Further exploit of the project results will be searched in applications of chemical production (organic oxidation agents), electroseparation processes and sensors. The cross-sectional cooperation of the researchers from University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, University of Pardubice and Center of Organic Chemistry ltd. will enable the development of completely new practical solutions based on current knowledge of basic research in the field. The project's activities are concentrated in the research project Organic redox substances for energy applications. The project will lead to two patent applications and a number of publications (including foreign co-authors).
