Provider: Technologická agentura České republiky
Programme: ZÉTA - Program na podporu aplikovaného výzkumu
Implementation period: 01.05.20 - 30.04.22
Workplace:
Fakulta chemicko-technologická - Oddělení chemického inženýrství
Investigator: Peroutková PetraTeam member: Palarčík Jiří
Description:
A combined procedure for the elimination of chloroacetanilide pesticides from contaminated waters and a bioremediation approach for soil decontamination will be proposed and tested. A combined technology will be completed by the development of equipment suitable for simple real application of this procedure. The analytical techniques necessary for the determination of chloroacetanilide pesticides and their transformation products in the studied matrices will be used and verified. The efficacy and suitability of the proposed procedures will be assessed by the elimination of chloroacetanilide pesticides and the ecotoxicological evaluation. The identification of soil and water microbiome representatives before and after bioremediation interventions will be done using the molecular methods.
