OILSENSE - Detection systems for industrial facilities based on large-area sensors
Provider: Technologická agentura České republiky
Programme: TREND program na podporu průmyslového výzkumu a experimentálního vývoje
Implementation period: 01.04.21 - 31.12.24
Workplace:
Fakulta chemicko-technologická - Katedra polygrafie a fotofyziky
Investigator: Syrový Tomáš
Description:
The main application goal of the project is implementation of wireless sensor system OILSENSE for early automatic detection of leaks of industrial operating fluids and mapping the temperature distribution to prevent breakdowns of machinery, production lines, product pipelines, tanks, reservoirs and other industrial infrastructure. The system will be based on installation of completely new large-area, flexible, printed sensor platforms adapted to the needs of specific industrial equipment. The key research goal will be synthesis of new sensitive materials with optimal sensitivity of el. parameters and long-term stability. The topology of sensor elements and preparation of printing formulations with corresponding technical parameters for their largescale industrial printing will be solved.
