The essence of the project is to get acquainted with the process and methods of teaching the partner institution through mutual knowledge of the teaching process in terms of methods and content and also by sharing knowledge and best practices in the field of courses focused on sustainability and social responsibility. The Norwegian partner organizes educational "green" courses on a long-term basis and guarantees a uniquely focused educational program focused on sustainable and regenerative development based on a modern educational approach in accordance with the Bologna Process. It is clear that the level and experience of the conditions of sustainability, social responsibility, and civic responsibility will vary in the partner countries, so mutual discussion and knowledge sharing between lecturers and students will benefit all project participants. The teaching and scientific activities of the project applicant are focused on the activities of chemical companies, which must place great emphasis on environmental and social responsibility, sustainability, climate protection, which is reflected in the composition of courses and research topics at the Department of Economics and Management of Chemical and Food Industries (Applicant). The graduate profile offers education not only to the economic erudition of graduates but also knowledge of corporate social responsibility, environmental issues, sustainability of chemical companies, and should support training to strengthen future managers? knowledge of corporate sustainability, environmental protection, social responsibility, and responsible citizenship. The fight against climate change will affect all industries in the future and will change society, and new knowledge and approaches to teaching still need to be acquired. The Norwegian partner offers a unique opportunity to learn about modern teaching methods in the field of local development, sustainable entrepreneurship, and green approaches that support corporate responsibility. This must be ensured by the appropriate training of future managers, who will transfer this knowledge to the business and industrial level. The partner offers to prepare peer-learning activities tailored to the needs of the applicant, enabling the transfer of knowledge, skills, and experience, based on knowledge of the situation in the Czech Republic. This creates a unique opportunity for innovation of teaching in the form of implementation of new methods, innovation of teaching methodologies, procedures, and knowledge towards students of the University of Pardubice, supported by dissemination activities, will help to create a comprehensive profile of the graduate, prepare them for common work practice and, last but not least, contribute to building a positive image of the University. The Norwegian partner guarantees the teaching of a unique course focused on Circular Economics with a connection to the so-called Circular Society, as well as a course on social responsibility and Triple and Quadruple Helix structures. Peer-learning activities will be based mainly on the topics of these courses, which have no parallel in the whole European area.
