Description:
In the area of environmental chemistry and engineering the project is focused on the development and application methods and techniques for the pre-treatment and cleaning of the process and municipal wastewater using pressure driven membrane processes, electro-membrane processes, indirect electrochemical oxidation, chemical reduction, heterogeneous photocatalysis, adsorption, and various biological methods. The project is currently focused on the analytical methods to evaluation of types and concentrations of contaminants and on the methods of preparation and subsequent analysis of the samples as well as testing the behaviour of present species or solutions relating to the protection of human health, the environment, and material analysis. Research in the field of sustainable business process management will focus on the current state of implementation and development of competitive elements of Industry 4.0 in the chemical industry with an emphasis on digitization, environmental impacts and circulation of packaging material. Furthermore, the issue of CSR communication of companies through the primary communication online system - web pages and dimensions of marketing communication will be addressed.
