Based on the biggest achievements from the last years of collaboration, our partnership is optimistic that our project FOOD SAFETY FOR HEALTHY LIVING it is not only a viable one, but it is important for our international collaboration, in order to increase the level of academic exchanges of good practices between our groups, to organize international summer schools, itinerant courses, to promote new (bio)analytical techniques and join thesis and possible joint modules in the common topics. Our network contains now 15 universities and 2 silent partners from 8 countries, being enlarged comparing with the previous applications, due to the high impact and good visibility achieved. To gain high-level scientific information is a must for our societies, so it is important to have a real-life intervention in schools/universities on food safety information, as well as to evaluate and to improve teaching procedures and related materials on food safety and healthy diets for a healthy lifestyle.
