The goal of the research project is to identify the needs of the labor market in the context of new requirements resulting from changes associated with the implementation of the principles of Industry 4.0. To propose innovative methods of education (expanding, enriching) respecting the needs of the labor market and the involvement of students. Examines and proposes changes in study programs.
