Bavarian-Czech alliance for photoactive films by solution atomic layer deposition (BaCzALD)
Provider: Ministerstvo školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy
Programme: INTER-ACTION
Implementation period: 01.07.24 - 31.12.26
Workplace:
Fakulta chemicko-technologická - Oddělení organických materiálů
Investigator: Bureš FilipTeam member: Charvot Jaroslav | Klikar Milan | Pokorný Daniel | Burešová Zuzana | Vlčková Jarmila
Description:
The proposed project focuses on a scientific collaboration of two research teams towards development of new and improved phosphorus and antimony precursors and their subsequent application in atomic layer deposition. Whereas the Czech team is well experienced in the design and synthesis of chemical compounds, the Bavarian team possesses unique know-how in atomic layer deposition from the solution. The main goal addressed by their collaboration relies on deposition of 2D semiconductors as thin films and exploration of their photoactivity. At least two joint scientific articles are proposed as the main scientific outcome accompanied by a joint European projest proposal.
