Description:
The project proposes to organize the framework of teaching /learning /evaluation of new knowledge in Food Safety for Healthy Living between partner institutions (students and teachers) using different joint activities: • Organizing international summer schools – in person/hybrid form • The obtaining of modern e-teaching materials, using the experiences of the multi- and interdisciplinary teams of teachers coming from 30 institutions -RO, AL, AT, HU, BG, HR, CZ, MD, MK, PL, RS, SI - 12 countries • Itinerant courses taught by professors from similar/complementary fields • Joint/co-supervised thesis using the advantages of the short/long-term mobilities • Joint articles/communications • Field trips/excursions between partners • Possible joint modules of laboratories/courses • Dissemination activities with real-life intervention in schools/universities on food Our partnership will be an interactive Knowledge Hub that enables the broad sharing of experiences, and best practices.
