In the field of chemical and environmental engineering, the project will generally focus on technologies usable for pretreatment and purification of process, waste and municipal waters using, for example, pressure membrane processes, heterogeneous photocatalysis, electrochemical oxidation processes, or a combination of sorption and chemical degradation, and on methods of analytical evaluation of the types and concentrations of contaminants and on methodologies for preparation and subsequent analysis of samples, or ecotoxicity studies, which concern new materials and substances already present in the environment, as well as for the purpose of verifying the effectiveness of decontamination processes. Within the research in the field of communicating CSR activities, the specifics of web communication of CSR activities on the Asian market and the impacts of mandatory reporting of CSR activities will be addressed.
