Description:
The research activities of the project focus on the development of modern analytical approaches applicable to the characterization of a wide range of materials, food products, and biological samples. The project integrates both fundamental and applied research, emphasizing the innovation and optimization of advanced instrumental methods that enable detailed investigation of the chemical composition, structure, and functional properties of the studied matrices. Thanks to state‑of‑the‑art instrumentation, the project addresses current scientific challenges related to the identification of major, minor, and trace components, including substances of toxicological or environmental significance. The methodological outcomes will be applicable to the analysis of technological materials, food products, biological systems, and samples from the natural environment, thereby contributing significantly to advancements in the safety, quality, and innovation of the evaluated materials.
