eng Synthesis and colur properties of (Bi2O3)1-x(Lu2O3)x pigments (Bi2O3)1-x(Lu2O3)x solid solutions were synthesized as new inorganic yellow and orange pigments and their colour properties have been investigated as possible ecological materials. The host lattice of these pigments is Bi2O3 that is doped by Lu3+ ions. The pigments were prepared by the solid state reaction of mixed oxides (Bi2O3)1-x(Lu2O3)x with nominal compositions: x = 0.1 ? 0.9 (with step 0.1).
