cze Mimořádně stabilní 1-(5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazol-3-yl)-3-aryltriazeny Popsali jsme vznik momořádně stabilních triazenů, které byly připraveny reakcí 5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazol-3-diazonium-hydrogensulfátu s primárními a sekundárními aniliny a jejich 3-chlor a 3-methylderiváty. Azokopulační reakce těchto anilinů s diazoniovou solí dává směs produktů - 1-(5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazol-3-yl)-3-subst.-3-fenyltriazeny 1 a 3-(4-subst.aminofenyldiazenyl)-5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazoly. Triazeny 1 byly majoritním produktem (výtěžky dosahovali 95 %). Tyto triazeny 1 jsou stabilní v kyselém prostředí. Poločasy jejich rozpadu na diazoniovou sůl a amin v 0.5 mol L?1 H2SO4 ve vodné kyselině octové (1:1 v/v) jsou v řádu hodin.[1,3] 1,3-Diaryltriazeny benzenové řady se rozkládají ve vodném ethanolu (20% v/v) v pufru při laboratorní teplotě již při pH < 7. Např. 1,3-Difenyltriazeny se rozkládají ve stejném prostředí při pH 6 s poločasem 7 minut. Důvodem této mimořádné stability triazenů 1 je pravděpodobně protonace na jiném místě ve srovnání s protonací běžných 1,3-diaryltriazenů; zatímco 1,3-diaryltriazeny se protonují na dusíkovém atomu, který je vázán k azoskupině, triazeny 1 se protonují předostně na heterocyklickém dusíkovém atomu, což vede k tvorbě struktury stabilizované klasickým benzenovým jádrem. Výsledky DFT výpočtů potvrdili předchozí formulovanou hypotézu o protonaci a vysvětlují neočekávanou stabilitu těchto triazenů v kyselém prostředí. Dle Zollingera N-alkylnaftylaminy neposkytují triazeny při azokopulačních reakcích. Stabilní triazeny vznikají také reakcí 5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazol-3-diazonia s 2-alkyaminonaftaleny (R = CH3, C2H5, n-C4H9, CH2CH2OH). V případě azokopulační reakce 2-methylamino- and 2-ethylaminonapftalenu je zastoupení triazenu v reakční směsi téměř 50%. Struktura triazenů byla řešena 1H a 13C NMR spectry a X-ray analýzou. eng Extremely stable 1-(5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazol-3-yl)-3-aryltriazenes We have desribed formation of extraordinarily stable triazenes by the reaction of 5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazole-3-diazonium hydrogensulphate with primary and secondary anilines and their 3-chloro and 3-methyl derivatives. We found out that the azo coupling reaction of the said anilines with this diazonium salt gives a mixture of 1-(5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazol-3-yl)-3-subst.-3-phenyltriazene 1 besides 3-(4-subst.aminophenyldiazenyl)-5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazole (i.e. the expected isomeric azo dyestuff). Triazenes 1 are formed as major products in the yields reaching up to 95 %. Triazenes 1 are extraordinarily stable in acid media. Half-lives of their decomposition to the diazonium salt and amine in 0.5 mol L?1 H2SO4 in aqueous acetic acid (1:1 v/v) are in the order of magnitude of hours.[1,3] 1,3-Diaryltriazenes of benzene series are decomposed at a measurable rate in aqueous ethanol (20% v/v) in buffers at r.t. already at pH < 7. For example, 1,3-diphenyltriazene is decomposed in the medium mentioned at pH 6 with the half-life of 7 min. The reason of extraordinary stability of triazenes 1 probably lies in the fact that they are protonated at a different site as compared with the protonation of common 1,3-diaryltriazenes: while the 1,3-diaryltriazenes are protonated at the nitrogen atom adjacent to azo group, triazenes 1 are presumably protonated mostly at the heterocyclic nitrogen atom,[1,3] which leads to formation of a structure stabilised by classic benzene ring. The results of DFT calculations confirm the previously formulated hypothesis[1,3] about the protonation site and explain the unexpected stability of these triazenes in acid medium. According to Zollinger N-alkylnaphthylamines do not give triazenes in azo-coupling reaction. We have found, that stable triazenes are also formed by reaction the reaction of 5-nitrobenzo[c]-1,2-thiazole-3-diazonium with 2-alkyaminonaphthalenes (R = CH3, C2H5, n-C4H9, CH2CH2OH).
