PANI byl charakterizován pomocí SEM. Byly formulovány epoxyesterové organické povlaky obsahující 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 a 24 obj. %PANI jako korozního inhibitoru. Připravené povlaky byly podrobeny korozním testům. Syntetizovaný PANI vykazoval dobrou antikorozní účinnost v epoxyesterových povlacích. Byla nalezena nová aplikace polyanilinu jako látky chránící ocelové materiály před korozí. Další výhodou je nulový obsah těžkých kovů, které jsou z ekologického hlediska nežádoucí. pigment, povlak, protikorozní, korozní inhibitor, nátěrová hmota, polyanilin, vodivý polymer.
eng Corrosion-inhibition properties of organic coatings with a polyaniline phosphate PANI was synthesized by reaction in an aqueous solution in the environment of ammonium peroxodisulfate and phosphoric acid. PANI was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy. Simultaneously with the synthetic PANI, epoxy-ester coatings containing 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 24 vol. % of PANI as a corrosion inhibitor were formulated. The coatings were tested for their corrosion properties.The synthetic PANI provides good anti-corrosion efficiency in an epoxy-ester coating. Of benefit is the testing of PANI directly in coatings, using accelerated corrosion tests, as well as the new application of PANI in an epoxy-ester coating as a primer securing the protection of steel-based materials. The studied system does not contain any heavy metals harmful to the environment. Pigment, coating, anti-corrosion, corrosion inhibitor, paint, polyaniline, conducting polymer.
