cze Stanovení tvaru a distribuce velikosti částic V současné době je věnována velká pozornost přípravě a studiu vlastností různých typů nanomateriálů pro rozličné aplikace. Kromě detailní chemické struktury jsou pro danou aplikaci důležité i vlastnosti, tvar a distribuce velikosti nanočástic. K měření těchto vlastností jsou používané různé metody, např. transmisní elektronová mikroskopie (TEM), mikroskopie atomárních sil (AFM), akustická spektrometrie a metody dynamického rozptylu světla. Výše uvedené metody byly využity v této práci pro charakterizaci částic dvou modelových typů nanomateriálů ? koloidní siliky a montmorillonitu sodného. Částice siliky jsou představitely kulového tvaru a montmorillonitové částice reprezentují destičkový tvar. Podstata, vypovídací schopnosti a omezení jednotlivých metod používaných při hodnocení nanočástic různých typů jsou diskutovány v práci. distribuce velikosti částic;silika;montmorillonit sodný
eng Determination of particle shape and size distribution At present great attention is given to study of preparation and properties of various nanomaterials usable in many applications. Except detailed chemical structure, such nanoparticle properties as shape and size distribution are fundamental to the given application. To measure these parameters various methods are used, e.g. transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), acoustic spectrometry and methods based on the light scattering. All above-mentioned methods were used in this work to characterize particles of two selected model types of nanomaterials ? colloidal silica and sodium montmorillonite. Silica represents a material with spherical particles, tabular shapes are typical for montmorillonite materials. Merits and limitations of the individual methods used to evaluation of nanoparticles of various types are discussed in the work. particle size distribution;silica;sodium montmorilonite
