eng	Detection of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin H using ELISA method	Bacteries of Staphylococcus aureus produce toxins, which can provoke alimentary intoxication. Intoxication is caused by consummation of food containing a toxic dose of Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs). SEs are very dangerous because they could stay in the food even when the bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus are dead. The aim of this study was to develop a fast and sensitive method for detection of Staphylococcal enterotoxin H using ELISA method.
