eng	Influence of nano-particles on fire-resistant properties and char formation of intumescent coatings	The introduction of nano-particles into intumescent coatings compositions proved to be useful in improvement of thermal insulation. In this paper is presented results for aqueous copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and vinyl ester of versatic acid intumescent paint. Different types of paints were prepared by adding different amounts of nano-clay. The effect of nano-particles on fire-resistant properties and char formation of intumescent coating was studied.
