cze	Tvorba a detekce biofilmů na různých typech materiálů	Byla testována tvorba biofilmu na různých typech materiálu (nerezová ocel, sklo, keramika a plast) u těchto bakteriálních druhů: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia a Enterococcus faecalis. Byla sledována účinnost mechanického odstranění biofilmu z povrchu stěrem a seškrabem. Po mechanickém odstranění biofilmu byl stanoven počet buněk pomocí kultivace na agarových plotnách. eng	BIOFILM FORMATION AND DETECTION ON VARIOUS TYPES OF MATERIALS	The biofilm formation was tested on various types of material (stainless steel, glass, ceramic and plastic). These bacterial species were used: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Enterococcus faecalis. The efficiency of mechanical elimination biofilm from surface by swabbing and scraping was observed. The cell count was established by cultivation on agar plates after the mechanical cleaning. The fluorescent microscopy and the measuring of ATP by the instrument Systemsure II were used as other methods of biofilm detection.	biofilm, detection, bacteria
