Jedním z nejvýznamnějších lidských patogenů dnešní doby je Staphylococcus aureus. Některé kmeny S. aureus za daných podmínek produkují toxiny, které způsobují řadu onemocnění. Proto je věnována pozornost rozvoji stále přesnějších, citlivějších a rychlejších metod detekce a stanovení těchto nebezpečných toxinů. eng	Detection of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin H using western blotting method	Microbial contamination in foods pose the main source of alimentary human intoxication. The bacterial species Staphylococcus aureus are considered to be one of the most spread human pathogens nowadays. Some S. aureus strains are able as conditions specific produce toxins which can provoke many itoxication. The aim of this work is devoted to development permanently more accurately, sensitive and quicker methods for detection and assesment these dangerous toxin.
