eng Factors Effecting Aflatoxin Production Chemical factors (propionic acid, citric acid, potassium sorbate) effecting aflatoxin production and their determination by the HPLC were tested. The production of aflatoxins was observed in media with peptone and sucrose. A growth inhibition and aflatoxin production of Aspergillus spp. was demonstrated by Pythium oligandrum, Rhodotorula sp., Flavobacterium and Lactococcus. Inhibition of fungi growth and aflatoxin production were tested using diffuse method.
