eng	Sensors and Biosensors Based on Heterogeneous Carbon Electrodes	A review is presented dealing with preparation, investigations and applications of sensors and biosensors based on heterogeneous carbon materials. Among numerous examples involving both carbon paste electrodes and screen-printed carbon electrodes, ways of their modification with respects to accumulation of various analytes when applied in electrochemical stripping methods are discussed. Construction of amperometric biosensors and their application in food analysis is also presented.
