eng Measurement of Logistic Performance in Supply Chain On of the most significant factors of providing value to the customers is the speed of meeting their demands. Therefore, companies build their integrated logistic chains while trying to interconnect them into supplier-customer chains. For the management of these chains and activities taking place therein, it is necessary to set a system to measure the performance or, as the case may be, measures capturing the course of particular activities as well as the chain in its entirety. Particular shape of suitable measures, however, has not been too elaborate in theory so far. The article deals with outcomes of a qualitative survey focused on determining the way of measurement of performance of logistic activities in three printing industry companies involved in the key part of the supplier-customer chain.
