Bylo syntetizováno 11 p-substituovaných benzaldoximů a byly měřeny jejich disociační konstanty ve vodném dioxanu a rychlostní konstanty k(obs) jejich reakcí s p-nitrofenyl-acetátem. S využitím matematicko-statistického modelování závislostí k(obs) na pH a k koncentraci oximů byl navržen kinetický miodel a reakční mechanismus.
eng Reactivity of p-Substituted Benzaldoximes in the Cleavage of p-Nitrophenyl Acetate: Kinetics and Mechanism. Eleven p-substituted benzaldoximes were synthetized and their dissociation constants in aqueous dioxane and rate constants k(obs) of their reactions with p-nitrophenyl acetate were measured. The kinetic model and mechanism of the said reaction was proposed by means of mathematical statistical modelling of the dependence of k(obs) on pH and c(oxime).
