AP, NP1EO a NP2EO jsou produkty biodegradace ethoxylovaných nonylfenolů. Na těchto látkách byla testována MSPE z vody. Tata metoda byla porovnána s extrakcí kapalina-kapalina (LLE). Různé typy sorbentů a náplní kolon jako Chezacarb B, S, Tenax GC, TA, GR, Porapak S a Chromosorb 101-106 byly magneticky modifikovány a použity pro prekoncentraci a isolaci techto sloučenin. Čtyři extrakční parametry byly optimalizovány. Vzorky vody z nádrže Rozkoš, řeky Labe a vodné fáze po biodegradaci byly analyzovány. Detekční limity metody byly mezi 0,65-1 ug.L-1
eng Determination of alkylphenols and alkylphenol ethoxylates in water using magnetically modified chromatographic column packing for extraction A rapid and simple magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) was used to preconcentrate alkylphenols (APs) and nonylphenol mono- and di-ethoxylates (NP1EO and NP2EO) from water samples before capillary gas chromatographic (CGC) determination. AP, NP1EO and NP2EO are biodegradation products ethoxylated nonylphenols (NPnEO) surfactants. MSPE was tested for extraction of these pollutants from water. This method was compared with liquid-liquid extraction (LLE). Different types of sorbents and column packing such as Chezacarb B, S, Tenax GC, TA, GR, Porapak S and Chromosorb 101-106 were magnetically modified and used for the preconcetration and isolation of the target compounds. The four extraction parametrs were optimized. Water samples from the reservoir Rozkos, river Labe and from water phase after biodegradation tests of oxyethylenated nonylphenos were analysed.
