cze Transportní a magnetické vlastnosti monokrystalů Bi2−xCrxSe3 Modifikovanou Bridgmannovou metodou byly připraveny monokrystaly Bi2Se3 s příměsí atomů chromu (koncentrace chromu cCr= 0 - 3,2.1019 atomů/cm3). Vzorky těchto monokrystalů byly charakterizovány rentgenodifrakční analýzou (XRD) a chemickou analýzou, dále byly měřeny teplotní a polní závislosti magnetizace a transportních koeficientů. Změny studovaných veličin ukázaly, že příměs atomů chromu v krystalové struktuře vyvolává zvýšení koncentrace volných elektronů a také dochází ke zvýšení pohyblivosti volných elektronů. Z magnetických měření vyplývá valence chromu Cr3+. Tyto efekty jsou vysvětleny představami o bodových poruchách v krystalové struktuře studovaných monokrystalů. Použitý model předpokládá, že příměs Cr vytváří substituční poruchy typu Cr(Bi) a zároveň snižuje koncentraci antistrukturních defektů Bi(Se)1- , což je podobné chování jako v případě monokrystalů Bi2Se3 dopovaných jinými tranzitivními kovy. eng Transport and magnetic properties of Bi2−xCrxSe3 single crystals Single crystals of Bi2Se3 doped with Cr (cCr = 0 - 3.2.1019 atoms/cm3) were grown using a modified Bridgman method. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and chemical analysis, and subsequently investigated by measurements of the temperature- and magnetic-field dependencies of the magnetization and transport properties. The results show that incorporation of Cr atoms into the crystal structure leads to an increase of the free-electron concentration as well as to an increase of the mobility of the free electrons. The Cr3+ valence state of the Cr ions has been established by magnetic measurements. The observations are explained in terms of the point-defect model, which is based on the idea that the Cr impurities create substitutional defects of the Cr(Bi) -type and reduce the concentration of antistructure Bi(Se)1- defects; a similar behavior like in the case of single crystalline Bi2Se3 doped with another transition metals.
