eng	Synthesis of Novel Azo Dyes and Pigments	Ethyl-4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-2-aryl(1H)pyrrole-3-carboxylate was used as starting component for the preparation of novel azo dyes and novel diketo-furano-pyrrole pigments. Some of them were used for the synthesis of metal complex dyes. The structure of colorants was confirmed by MS and NMR spectroscopy.
