cze Biotransformace glycerolu bakteriálním druhem Gluconobacter oxydans Je studována reakce mezi bakteriemi Gluconobacter oxidans imobilizovanými v kapslích z polyvinylalkoholového gelu a vodným roztokem glycerolu za vzniku dihydroxyacetonu. Byly nalezeny optimální podmínky provedení této bioreakce ve vsádkovém reaktoru a navržený kinetický model této biotransformace byl porovnán s experimentálními daty. Dále byl použit pro tuto reakci i tzv. fed-batch reaktor. biotransformation, biodiesel, glycerol, Gluconobacter oxydans
eng Biotransformation of glycerol by bacteria strain Gluconobacter oxydans. Biotransformation of glycerol with the help of bacteria strain Gluconobacter oxydans is well-known reaction. However, overwhelming number of experiments are still made with free bacteria. This work is therefore aimed at a description of reaction that is carried out with immobilized bacteria. Immobilization of bacteria which means their tying in given place, increases the local concentration of bacteria and consequentially the concentration of applicative enzymes as well. It also causes a great rise of reaction capsules ? so called encapsulation. Dihydroxyacetone is acquired as a main product of biotransformation which has a great importance in cosmetic and pharmaceutic industry. Influence of reaction conditions on the yield and course of the reaction was investigated. It was ascertained, that the course of reaction had been influenced by a yeast extract concentration, which is added into the mixture as a nutrient and nitrogen source. Additional influences of reaction temperature and initial concentration of glycerol were investigated. A kinetic model of biotransformation was designed and compared with experimental data. Optimalization and further research of reaction course were conducted in regard to different types of used reactor. In this process, two types of reactors were used ? batch reactor and so called fed batch reactor (reactor with inflow of substrate). biotransformation, biodiesel, glycerol, Gluconobacter oxydans
