Their usage is compromise between the limitations of surface formation of polymeric substances and maintaining a reasonable speed under the application of paint drying. The European Commission reclassified the most widely used antioxidant Methyl ethyl ketoxime as a hazardous carcinogenic substance of 3rd category.
