Sample preparation procedure was optimized. Extraction in ultrasonic bath for 15 minutes turned out to be optimal. Extracts were analyzed using liquid chromatograph equipped with multi-channel coulometric detector CoulArray. Compounds were separate on Gemini C18 column and mobile phase consisted from acidified solution of ammonium acetate and acetonitrile.
