cze Porovnání různých extrakčních metod pro analýzu bylinných silic Pro izolaci složek silic (α-pinen, 1,4-cineol, eukalyptol, limonen, kamfor, menthon, borneol, nerol a karvakrol) z bylin byly zkoušeny metody HS-SPME, HD-SPME a destilace s vodní parou. Porovnání jednotlivých metod bylo provedeno vzhledem ke kvalitativnímu i kvantitativnímu obsahu sledovaných sloučenin. Obě metody pak byly porovnány i s referenční metodou destilace s vodní parou. Na základě dosažených výsledků lze konstatovat, že obě metody mají odlišnou citlivost i selektivitu vzhledem ke sledovaným sloučeninám. SPME; Steam Distillation; Essential oils; Herbs
eng Different Extraction Methods Comparison for Herbal Essential Oils Analysis The HS-SPME, HD-SPME and steam distillation methods were used for the isolation and quantification of tested volatile oils (α-pinene, 1,4-cineole, eucalyptol, limonene, camphor, menthone, borneole, nerol and carvacrol) in herbs. In order to qualitative and quantitative analysis of mentioned essential oils the microextraction methods comparison was evaluated. These methods were then compared also with the reference method which is steam distillation. Following to obtained results it is possible to say that tested extraction method have different selectivity and sensitivity in order to searched volatile oils. MEPS; L-Askorbic Acid; Beverages
