cze Příprava bionafty a využití vedlejších produktů Příspěvek představuje kompletní proces výroby bionafty včetně využití vedlejšího produktu. Bionafta je připravována v emulgačním reaktoru ve kterém byly nalezeny optimální podmínky přípravy. Po transesterifikaci, neutralizací katalyzátoru plynným oxidem uhličitým a oddestilování přebytku methanolu byla přidána voda pro urychlení a zlepšení separace. Získaná bionafta splňuje po separaci normu EN 14214 a vedlejší produkt glycerolová fáze obsahuje: glycerol: cca 58 hm-%; mýdla: cca 17 hm-%; uhličitan draselný: cca 2 hm-%; voda 11 hm-%; methanol 2 hm-% a zbytek jsou estery. Vedlejší produkt byl zpracováván v následujícím procesu. Nejprve byla glycerolvá fáze zředěna methanolem a přidána koncentrovaná kyselina fosforečná. Kyselina převádí mýdla na mastné kyseliny a neutralizuje uhličitany na oxid uhličitý a vzniklý fosforečnan draselný je odfiltrován. Po oddestilování přebytečného methanolu vznikne dvoufázový systém. Složení organické fáze: vyšší mastné kyseliny a estery v poměru 1:1, a rafinované glycerolové fáze: 89 % glycerol, 9 % vody a 2 % fosforečnanu draselného. příprava;bionafta;vedlejší produkt
eng Preparation of Biodiesel and Utilizing of its Side product This paper is introducing a complete biodiesel preparation process, including treatment and utilization of side product. Biodiesel is prepared in a special emulgation reactor. The optimum reaction condition has been found. After the transesterification, the catalyst is neutralized by a gas carbon dioxide dosage into the reaction mixture. Then the excess of methanol is distilled off from the reaction mixture. For better separation of biodiesel from the other materials (glycerol, soaps ?), water is added to the reaction mixture. Addition of water improves and fastens sedimentation process. After separation, gained biodiesel fulfils the EN 14214 and the side product ? glycerol phase contents: glycerol: ca 58 wt-%; soaps: ca 17 wt-%; potash: ca 2 wt-%; water 11 wt-%; methanol 2 wt-% and the rest is ester. The side product is treated in the next process. Firstly, the glycerol phase is diluted by methanol and hypophosphoric acid is added to glycerol phase. Thus the soaps are formed to fatty acid, carbonates neutralized to carbon dioxide and the formed precipitate of potassium phosphate is filtered off. After the evaporation of excess methanol, two phases arise (organic and refined glycerol phase). The compassion of organic phase is: higher fatty acid and esters in weight rate 1:1, and refined glycerol phase: 89 % glycerol, 9 % water, 2 % potassium phosphate. Preparation;Biodiesel;Side product
