cze Stanovení volné povrchové energie pryžových potahů Volná povrchová energie může být definována jako přebytečná energie povrchu ve srovnání s energií v objemu pevné látky. Pro kapaliny jsou povrchové napětí a volná povrchová energie stejné veličiny. Pro pevné látky, především pro polymery s nízkou hodnotou volné povrchové energie je nemožné přímé měření. Obvykle je výpočet volné energie pevných látek založen na měření kontaktních úhlů ?sedící? kapky různých známých kapalin. Použili jsme polární i nepolární kapaliny: vodu, dijodmethan, formami a etylenglykol. Pro měření byl použit přístroj Krüss DSA 100 včetně originálního softwaru a databáze parametrů testovacích kapalin. Pro výpočet volné povrchové energie byly použity metody Owens-Wendta (geometrický průměr), Wu (harmonický průměr) a tzv. acido-bazická teorie navržená van Ossem, Chaudhurym a Goodem na základě modelu Lewise. volná povrchová energie, Owens-Wendt, Wu, van Oss, pryžový potah
eng Surface free energy determinativ of EPDM and NBR rubber blankets Surface free energy may be defined as the excess energy at the surface of the material compared to the bulk. For liquids the surface tension and surface density are identical. For solids, especially polymers with low free surface energy, direct measurements are not possible. The most convenient method is calculations based on contact angle measurements of sessile drop using different liquids. During our research work we use polar and non-polar liquids: water, diiodomethane, formamide and ethylenglycol. For surface free energy measurement we use Krüss DSA 100 apparatus with original software and database of test liquids for calculations. For calculations of surface free energy we use Owens-Wendt (geometric mean equation), Wu method (harmonic mean equation) and so-called ?acid-base theory of surfaces? developed by van Oss, Chaudhury and Good with the help of the acid-base model according to Lewis. surface free energy, Owens-Wendt, Wu, van Oss acid-base, rubber blanket
