cze Antikorozní pigment na bázi titaničitanu vápenatého se strukturou perovskitu Titaničitan vápenatý byl syntetizován vysokoteplotním způsobem z oxidu titaničitého a uhličitanu vápenatého. Připravený pigment byl charakterizován pomocí rentgenové difrakční analýzy, měřením distribuce velikostí částic a skenovací elektronovou mikroskopií. Získaný pigment charakterizován i z hlediska parametrů nutných k formulaci nátěrové hmoty, byla u něho stanovena specifická hmotnost, spotřeba oleje a hodnota kritické objemové koncentrace pigmentu (CPVC). Se syntetizovaným titaničitanem vápenatým byly připraveny epoxidové nátěry s různým obsahem tohoto antikorozního pigmentu. S nátěry byly provedeny testy na fyzikálně mechanické vlastnosti a testy v korozních atmosférách. Výsledky byly porovnány s oxidem titaničitým, který byl vstupní surovinou pro přípravu titaničitanu vápenatého. eng Anticorrosion Pigment Based on Calcium Titanate with a Perovskite Structure Calcium titanate was synthesized from titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate at high temperature. The obtained pigment was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, particle size distribution measurement, and scanning electron microscopy. The obtained pigment was further characterized with regard to the parameters required for paint formulation; its specific mass was determined along with oil consumption and critical pigment volume concentration (CPVC). The synthesized calcium titanate was used to prepare epoxy coatings with varying contents of the anticorrosion pigment. The coating was tested for physical-mechanical properties and in corrosive atmospheres.
