Základní transportní charakteristiky systému membrána/roztok - úhrnný dialyzační koeficient a permeabilita membrány - byly vyhodnoceny a porovnány v ustáleném a neustáleném stavu. Stanovení těchto charakteristik je založeno na numerické integraci soustavy diferenciálních rovnic popisujících koncentrační profil v obou komorách dialyzéru následované optimalizační procedurou. Bylo zjištěno, že hodnoty úhrnného dialyzačního koeficientu stanoveného z měření v neustáleném stavu jsou velmi podobné těm, které byly získány v ustáleném stavu. Úhrnný dialyzační koeficient kyseliny chlorovodíkové vykazoval velký nárůst s rostoucí koncentrací kyseliny v nástřiku a slabý nárůst s rostoucím objemovým průtokem. V rozsahu koncentrací kyseliny chlorovodíkové od 0.2 do 3.2 kmol m-3 se permeabilita membrány Neosepta-AFN pohybovala v rozmezí od 6.4×10-7 do 3.0×10-6 m s-1 a rostla s rostoucí koncentrací kyseliny v nástřiku. kontinuální dialýza;kyselina chlorovodíková;přenos hmoty;úhrnný dialyzační koeficient
eng Continuous Dialysis of Hydrochloric Acid at Steady and Unsteady States The transport of hydrochloric acid through anion-exchange membrane Neosepta-AFN in a counter-current continuous dialyzer has been investigated. The basic transport characteristics of membrane/solution system - the overall dialysis coefficient and ermeability of the membrane - have been evaluated and compared at steady and unsteady states. The determination of these characteristics is based on the numerical integration of the set of differential equations describing the concentration profiles in both compartments of the dialyzer followed by the optimizing procedure. It was found, that the values of the overall dialysis coefficient determined from measurements at unsteady state are very similar to those obtained at steady state. The overall dialysis coefficient of hydrochloric acid shows strong increase with increasing acid concentration in the feed and weak increase with increasing volumetric flow rate. Moreover, in the concentration range of hydrochloric acid from 0.2 to 3.2 kmol m-3, permeability of the Neosepta-AFN membrane changes in limits from 6.4×10-7 to 3.0×10-6 m s-1 and it increase with increasing acid concentration in the feed.
