V prvním případě bylo střihové napětí měřeno na desce z plexiskla, které nahrazovalo membránu, a na povrchu deskové membrány bez přítomnosti částic v kapalině s cílem prozkoumat vliv permeace. Ve druhém případě bylo střihové napětí měřeno na povrchu membrány v průběhu ultrafiltrace suspenze obsahující sférické nestlačitelné částice, které vytvářely na povrchu membrány filtrační koláč. Pro studium vlivu množství depozitu na membráně byly použity dvě suspenze s různou koncentrací částic. Pro stanovení střihového napětí a jeho fluktuací (intenzita turbulence) byla použita elektrochemická metoda. 20 mikroelektrod, na kterých probíhala elektrochemická reakce, bylo umístěno na povrchu membrány a na povrchu plexiskla k určení střihového napětí a intenzity turbulence. Měření se provádělo pro dva různé distributory zajišťující přívod kapaliny do modulu. Práce ukazuje, že vlivem permeace membrány střihové napětí vzroste, zatímco intenzita turbulence klesá, a to i přestože se jedná o turbulentní režim proudění. Bylo zjištěno, že vliv tvaru distributoru je ve srovnání s výsledky získanými na povrchu plexiskla, tedy na systému bez permeace, zanedbatelný. ultrafiltrace;keramická membrána;střihové napětí na stěně;elektrochemické sondy;sací efekty
eng Suction Effects on the Hydrodynamics in the Vicinity of an Ultrafiltration Plane Ceramic Membrane The wall shear stress is determined at the surface of a plane ceramic ultrafiltration membrane in a tangential ultrafiltration module. In a first time, the shear stresses are determined at the surface of a plate of Plexiglas mimicking a membrane and at the plane membrane surface without fouling particles with the aim to investigate the influence of permeation. In a second time, the wall shear stress is determined at the surface of the plane membrane during the ultrafiltration of a suspension of spherical no compressible particles inducing a deposit at the membrane surface. In order to study the influence of the foulant, two concentrations of particles were used for the experiments. The values of the mean wall shear stress and its fluctuations (turbulent intensity rate) were measured by using an electrochemical method. 20 microelectrodes, on which an electrochemical reaction occurs, are mounted flush to the plate of Plexiglas and to the surface of the membrane to determine the maps of shear stress and turbulent intensity rate for two inlet/outlet distributors' configurations. This work emphasized the fact that, due to permeation across the membrane, the mean velocity gradient value is enhanced and, on the contrary, its local fluctuations are clearly damped, even in the turbulent flow regime. Thus, the incidence of the shape of the inlet/outlet fluid distributors is also minimized compared with the results obtained without permeation at the surface of the Plexiglas plate. ultrafiltration;ceramic membrane;wall shear stress;electrochemical probes;suction effects
