Studovali jsme kinetiku fázového přechodu z lamelární do hexagonální fáze u tříblokového polymeru SEBS v rozpouštědle DPB, selektivním pro PS, metodou SAXS s časovým rozlišením. Vzhledem k selektivitě rozpouštědla pozorujeme hexagonální fázi s EB blokem v jádrech při nižších teplotách než je pozorována lamelární fáze. Analýza SAXS dat pro skok teploty hluboko pod teplotu přechodu LAM-HEX ukazuje, že přechod je jednostupňový. Rozptyl počítáme pomocí geometrického modelu zčeřených vrstev, u nějž jsou během transformace sousední vrstvy zcela mimo fázi. Shoda výpočtů s naměřenými daty podporuje mechanismus spojitého přechodu LAM-HEX pro hluboký teplotní skok dolů. Výpočty pro mělký skok do blízkosti přechodu zase souhlasí s dvoustupňovým mechanismem, nukleací a následným růstem tříblokový kopolymer;fázový přechod;kinetika;SAXS
eng Kinetics of Phase Transition from Lamellar to Hexagonally Packed Cylinders for Triblock Copolymer in a Selective Solvent We examined the kinetics of the transformation from lamellar (LAM) to hexagonally packed (HEX) cylinder phase for the triblock copolymer, poly(styrene-b-ethylene-co-butylene-b-styrene) (SEBS) in dibutyl phalate (DPB), a selective solvent for the polystyrene (PS), using time-resolved SAXS. We observe the HEX phase with the EB block in the cores at lower temperature than that observed for the LAM phase due to the solvent selectivity of DBP for the PS block. Analysis of the SAXS data for the deep temperature quench well bellow the LAM?HEX transition shows that the transformation occurs in a one-step process. We calculate the scattering using a geometric model of rippled layers with adjacent layers totally out of phase during the transformation. The agreement of the calculations with the data further supports the continuous transformation mechanism from the LAM to HEX for a deep quench. In contrast, for a shallow quench close to the order?order transition, we find agreement with a two-step nucleation and growth mechanism. triblock copolymer;phase trnasition;kinetics;time-resolved SAXS
