The large number of publications and reviews deal with aspects of the chemistry of these compounds concerned with extra-coordinated species [1-14]. This increasing interest in hypervalent, so called hypercoordinated, derivatives of main group elements is caused by their structural peculiarities, high reactivity and also by the presence of interesting dynamic processes enabling the studies of nucleophilic substitution reactions at the central atom.
