cze Optimalizace emulgačního reaktoru pro přípravu bionafty Bionafta se používá jako náhrada za ropné palivo a vyrábí se transesterifikací. Během přípravy vzniká dvoufázový systém: rostlinný olej ? alkohol (nemísitelné). Je tedy nutné zajistit intenzivní míchání, proto byl použit reaktor s emulgačním nástavcem. Jedná se katalyzovanou chemickou reakci, která je ovlivňována mnoha parametry: teplota a čas reakce, množství katalyzátoru a alkoholu, atd. Po proběhlé reakci byla sledována kvalita a kvantita jednotlivých produktů. Jedná se o multivariabilní systém, na plánování pokusů byl tedy použit statistický systém Plackett-Burman. eng Optimalization of the Dispersive Reactor for Biodiesel Preparation Biodiesel is formed by transesterification of vegetable oils and it is a mixture of methylesters of high fatty acids. Biodiesel is used as an alternative source for the combustion engine. A heterogeneous crude reaction mixture forms in the aforementioned reaction. The main products, methylesters (biodiesel) and glycerol are limited in miscibility. During the reaction a two phase system occurs and the reaction proceeds on interface of heterogeneous phases: vegetable oil?alcohol (non-miscible). It is very important to ensure a high emulgation of the mixture during the reaction. Therefore, the batch reactor with special emulgation attachment was used. The catalysed chemical reaction is influenced by many parameters: temperature and reaction time, amount of catalyst and alcohol, intensity of emulgation and stirring etc. The quality and quantity of both formed phases, ester (biodiesel) and glycerol, were determined by various analytical methods. The system is multivariable, so the statistical system of Plackett-Burman was applied to plan the experiments. Optimum conditions for the dispersive reactor were found. These conditions ensure that the produced biodiesel meets the limits set by the Euro norm 14214:2003 for usage of biodiesel as a fuel for combustion engines.
