cze UV stabilizace disperzantů pigmentových inkoustů Působením ultrafialové složky slunečního záření na potisknutý materiál může docházet k procesu zvanému fotodegradace. Podléhat mu mohou barviva, organické pigmenty, použité médium, polymerní disperzant a další aditiva tvořící tiskovou barvu. Projevuje se především změnou barevnosti tisku. Fotodegradaci lze zmírnit použitím UV stabilizátorů. V práci byly použity dva typy stabilizátorů. Prvním je UV absorbér (UVA) na bázi benzotriazolu, druhým je lapač vznikajících radikálů typu stericky stíněných aminů (HALS) založený na 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinu. Byla studována a porovnána účinnost dvou druhů stabilizátorů přidaných ve zvyšující se koncentraci do inkjetové barvy na bázi pigmentu. Zkoušeny byly dva odlišně připravené typy inkoustů na řadě různých substrátů. UV expozice byla provedena pod střednětlakou rtuťovou výbojkou. K vyhodnocení barevné změny byla použita barvová odchylka (E) a optická denzita (D). Účinnost UV stabilizátorů je různá a je ovlivněna mnoha faktory: koncentrací stabilizátoru, složením disperzantu, složením a vlastnostmi substrátu, tloušťkou barvové vrstvy. eng UV stabilization of dispersants for pigment based inkjets inks Ultraviolet part of solar radiation can affect the substrate with printed ink layer and process of photodegradation can occur. Components like dyes, organic pigments, printing substrates, polymeric dispersants and additives composing printing ink are susceptible to this process. The effect of photodegradation is color shift of printed samples. Photodegradation can be reduced by using UV stabilizers. In this work two types of stabilizers were used. First one was UV absorber (UVA) based on benzotriazole group and second one was free-radical scavenger known as hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) based on 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine group. The efficiency of two types of stabilizers in various concentration in pigment based inkjet ink was studied and compared. Two differently prepared sample inks were tested on many types of various substrates. Exposure by UV light was performed by medium pressure mercury vapour lamp. The color difference (E) and optical density (D) were used for evaluating of color shift. The efficiency of UV stabilizers is different and is affected by many factors like concentration of stabilizer in ink, composition of dispersant, composition and properties of subtrate and thickness of ink layer.
