cze Stanovení Cr v chloridových matricích pomocí ET AAS se zeemanovskou korecí pozadí a programovatelným magnetickým polem Byla vyvinuta účinná metoda stanovení Cr v chloridových matricích využívající atomovou absorpční spektrometrii s elektrotermickou atomizací (ET AAS) a příčně vyhřívanou grafitovou kyvetou (THGA) . Optimalizace teplotního programu byla provedena s roztokem chromu obsahujícím 0.5 % (m/v) NaCl a 10 % (v/v) HNO3, což je typická matrice mineralizovaných instantních polévek. Byl sledován vliv modifikátoru (kyselina askorbová, NH4NO3, Li, NH4H2PO4, Pd, Rh a V) a jeho koncentrace na stanovení chromu. Pro každý modifikátor byla provedena optimalizace magnetického pole. Významná závislost byla nalezena pro Pd a zvláště pro Rh. Dobrá termická stabilizace a výborné detekční limity byly získány i pro relativně nízké koncentrace modifikátorů Pd a Rh (125 mg L-1 Pd a 62.5 mg L-1 of Rh). Charakteristická hmotnost byla pro NH4NO3 1.7 pg, pro V 1.7 pg, pro Pd 1.0 pg a pro Rh 0.9 pg. Metodu lze doporučit pro stanovení chromu v mineralizovaných vzrocích obsahujících vysoké koncentrace chloridů, např. instatní polévky či kořenící směsi. eng Determination of Chromium in chloride-containing matrix using ET AAS with Zeeman bckground correction and programmable magnetic field strength An effective method using the electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ET AAS) with transversely heated graphite atomizer (THGA), Zeeman effect background correction and Rh matrix modifier was proposed for the determination of Cr in chloride matrix. The optimisation of electrothermal program was performed with Chromium solution contained 0.5 % (w/v) NaCl and 10 % (v/v) HNO3 that is typical matrix of digested instant soups and supplements. The effect modifier (ascorbic acid, NH4NO3, Li, NH4H2PO4, Pd, Rh and V) and its concentration on determination of Chromium were tested. For each modifier used, a magnetic field strength was also optimised. The significant dependence was observed for Pd and especially Rh. Even thought relatively low concentration of modifiers, the high efficiency of thermal stabilization and excellent sensitivity were obtained for Pd and Rh modifier used (125 mg L-1 Pd and 62.5 mg L-1 of Rh). The characteristic mass was evaluated for NH4NO3 1.7 pg, for V 1.7 pg, Pd 1.0 pg and even Rh 0.9 pg. The methods were recommended for the determination of Chromium in digested samples containing high concentration chloride matrix e.g. instant soups and supplements.
