cze Syntéza nových derivátů 2-fenylimidazolu a jejich použití v enantioselektivní syntéze Byla připravena nová série chorálních ligandů na bázi imidazolu. V práci byly použity chorální amidy připravené z 2-fenylimidazol-4-karboxylové kyseliny a různých amidů aminokyselin (alanin, valin, leucin, isoleucin, fenylglycin, fenylalanin). Tyto sloučeniny byly kompletovány s RhCl3 a (CH3COO)2Cu. Struktura koordinačních sloučenin byla určena NMR spektroskopií a rentgenovou strukturní analýzou. Oba typy komplexů byly použity v enantioselektivní reakci jako chirální katalyzátory. eng Synthesis of new derivatives of 2-phenylimidazoles and thein using in enantioselective synthesis New series of chiral ligands based on imidazole ring has been prepared. This work deals with chiral amides, which were prepared from 2-phenylimidazole-4-carboxylic acid and various amides of amino acids (alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylglycine, phenylalanine). These compounds were complexed with RhCl3 and (CH3COO)2Cu. Structures of coordination compounds with RhCl3 were determined by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray. Both types of complexes were used in enantioselective reaction as chiral catalysts.
